Senior Business Development Manager MENA & Africa

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to lead the expansion of our payments network across the MENA and African regions. The role is based on‑site in Dubai (JLT) and will focus on building strategic partnerships with PSPs, acquirers and local payment providers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, negotiate and onboard new PSPs, acquirers and local payment providers.
• Expand payment coverage and introduce new payment methods into production.
• Develop and maintain long‑term strategic relationships with regional partners.
• Collaborate with internal product and compliance teams to ensure seamless integration.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the payments ecosystem, preferably within a PSP, payment provider or iGaming business.
• Strong exposure to MENA and African markets with existing regional contacts.
• Hands‑on experience onboarding payment partners and deep knowledge of local payment methods, mobile money and APMs.
