Senior Cardiovascular Technologist – Electrophysiology

About the role

Black Pearl is seeking an experienced Senior Cardiovascular Technologist to join its electrophysiology team in Dubai. The professional will provide technical support during electrophysiology studies and catheter ablation procedures, ensuring safe and high‑quality patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Support electrophysiologists during diagnostic EP studies and cardiac ablation procedures.
• Set up, operate and troubleshoot electrophysiology recording, mapping and monitoring systems.
• Monitor intracardiac signals and relay procedural data to the clinical team.
• Assist with pacemaker and implantable cardioverter‑defibrillator implantation, testing and follow‑up.
• Prepare patients, equipment and procedure rooms for each case.
• Maintain accurate clinical and procedural documentation while adhering to patient safety, infection control and radiation protection standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a cardiovascular technology programme.
• Practical experience in a cardiac electrophysiology service or EP laboratory.
• Valid DHA licence as a Cardiovascular Technologist or eligibility to obtain one.
• Recognition in Cardiac Electrophysiology or Cardiac Rhythm Management is an advantage.
