Senior Cardiovascular Technologist (Electrophysiology)

About the role

Talents Tide is hiring an experienced Senior Cardiovascular Technologist (Electrophysiology) to join a specialized Cardiac Electrophysiology team in Dubai. The role suits professionals who want to support advanced EP procedures, cardiac rhythm management and high-acuity patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Electrophysiologists during diagnostic EP studies and catheter ablation procedures.
• Operate, monitor and troubleshoot electrophysiology recording, mapping and monitoring systems.
• Monitor and interpret intracardiac electrograms and procedural data.
• Support the implantation, testing, programming and follow-up of pacemakers and ICDs.
• Prepare patients, equipment and procedure rooms according to clinical protocols.
• Maintain accurate procedural documentation and patient records.
• Ensure compliance with patient safety, infection prevention and radiation safety standards.
• Take part in quality improvement initiatives and support clinical education and training.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a Cardiovascular Technology program or related field.
• Valid DHA license as a Cardiovascular Technologist.
• Proven experience in Cardiac Electrophysiology Services, including EP studies, catheter ablations and cardiac device procedures.
• Certification in Cardiac Electrophysiology or Cardiac Rhythm Management is preferred.

Required skills

• Knowledge of cardiac electrophysiology procedures and arrhythmia management.
• EP mapping and recording systems, pacemaker and ICD programming, and cardiac rhythm interpretation.
• Advanced technical expertise in electrophysiology services, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to patient safety, effective communication and teamwork in a fast-paced procedural environment.
