Senior Civil Structural Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Civil Structural Engineer to lead technical execution of civil and structural activities on our Dubai projects. You will ensure compliance with project schedules, quality standards, and regulatory requirements while delivering cost‑effective engineering solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain technical integrity of assigned civil and structural tasks.
• Execute projects in line with company directives, laws, and regulations.
• Develop and monitor performance targets each year.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to less‑experienced engineers.
• Support procurement, documentation, reporting, cost analysis, and resource deployment.
• Report deviations, suggest improvements to the quality management system, and contribute to lesson‑learned initiatives.
• Ensure personal HSE compliance and promote continuous safety and quality improvement.

Required profile

• Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills for reporting to Lead Engineer, Engineering Manager, and Project Manager.
• Commitment to HSEQ standards and continuous improvement.
