Senior Clinical Application Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Clinical Application Specialist to lead presentations, training and support for our medical imaging software across the United Arab Emirates. The role combines technical expertise with customer‑facing activities, allowing you to work both on‑site and remotely while shaping product enhancements.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the software expert for clients and internal teams, delivering demos and troubleshooting.
• Conduct webinars and on‑site workshops to train users on PaxeraHealth applications.
• Create presentations, video tutorials and other training materials for various audiences.
• Gather client feedback and relay suggestions to the development team for future product enhancements.
• Participate in product development cycles, providing insight into clinical needs.
• Develop and maintain user manuals, video tutorials and other technical documentation.
• Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions and trade shows, showcasing solutions.
• Assist with product setup and deliver presentations during trade events.
• Collaborate with technical teams and user groups to resolve hardware, software and peripheral issues.

Required profile

• Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
• Experience as a radiology technologist or in a similar clinical role.
• Deep understanding of medical imaging workflows and challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree in Radiology, Biomedical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong presentation and sales abilities.
• Ability to absorb and convey highly technical information.
• Customer‑centric, hands‑on approach with willingness to travel for client visits and trade shows.
• Effective time‑management and teamwork skills.
