Senior Cloud Native Architect – Dubai

About the role

Everpure is expanding its Cloud Native / Portworx service line across EMEA and seeks a senior architect to lead technical delivery for customers in the METCA region. Based in Dubai, you will work directly with enterprise clients, guiding design, deployment and ongoing operations of Portworx solutions in production Kubernetes environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design workshops and architecture sessions, capturing technical requirements and documenting integration points with Kubernetes, storage and backup solutions.
• Deploy, configure and operate Portworx Enterprise, PX‑Backup and PX‑DR on on‑prem and cloud Kubernetes platforms (OpenShift, Rancher, VKS, etc.).
• Provide day‑2 support, break/fix troubleshooting and act as the primary escalation point for Portworx cases.
• Collaborate with Delivery Architects, Solution Architects, Certified Delivery Partners and customer teams to ensure successful implementation and knowledge transfer.
• Contribute to reusable runbooks, templates and best‑practice procedures for future engagements.

Required profile

• 10+ years of hands‑on experience deploying and supporting production Kubernetes environments.
• Strong background in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure‑as‑Code tooling.
• Proven ability to work on‑site with enterprise customers and communicate technical progress clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
