Senior Coffee Machine Technician

About the role

The Senior Coffee Machine Technician will work on‑site in Dubai, diagnosing, repairing and maintaining commercial and residential coffee equipment. You will ensure machines operate safely and efficiently while providing expert advice to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and software issues on coffee machines.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance, calibrate settings and test performance according to manufacturer specifications.
• Install new equipment, maintain accurate service records and advise customers on proper care.
• Collaborate with sales and support teams, provide technical input on equipment selection and mentor junior technicians.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a coffee machine technician, preferably at a senior level.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams and manufacturer specifications.
• Strong communication skills for explaining technical issues to customers and colleagues.
• Willingness to work on‑site at customer locations, including high‑traffic hospitality environments.
