Senior Commercial & Billing Supervisor (Teslam)

About the role

The Senior Commercial & Billing Supervisor (Teslam) will lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of cost‑assurance and billing processes for Teslam services. This role ensures accurate invoicing, transparent cost allocation and strong commercial relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design and approve cost‑assurance methodology, invoicing structures and related procedures.
• Review and provide feedback on monthly cost‑assurance reports and invoices, ensuring accuracy before distribution.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to explain cost breakdowns, address queries and align expectations.
• Define and oversee periodic self‑assessments of the cost‑assurance and charge‑back processes.
• Lead the development of the billing framework, cost allocation structure and ensure alignment with corporate strategy.
• Analyze Teslam contract utilization, recommend modifications and communicate findings to management.
• Develop analytic reports on supply‑chain contract performance and budget encumbrance.
• Manage the end‑to‑end billing cycle, ensuring timely invoice issuance and accurate supplier payments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial operations, cost‑assurance or billing within a large organization.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain complex cost structures.
• Experience designing and implementing billing frameworks and contract management strategies.
• Ability to lead self‑assessment initiatives and drive process improvements.
• Knowledge of health, safety and business continuity requirements related to commercial activities.
