Senior Compliance Monitoring Technology Manager

About the role

The Senior Compliance Monitoring Technology Manager will lead the development, implementation and delivery of technology‑focused compliance monitoring across Momentum, ensuring a strong culture of compliance and ethical conduct within a technology‑driven organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and execute technology compliance monitoring tests aligned with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Lead coordination, consolidation and reporting of monitoring outcomes, escalating material issues.
• Support risk assessment updates and annual refresh of the technology component of the Compliance Monitoring Programme.
• Continuously improve monitoring by incorporating regulatory, technological and industry developments.
• Evaluate emerging technologies such as AI and data analytics for enhancing compliance monitoring.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in compliance monitoring, control self‑assessment or audit within a highly regulated sector.
• Strong knowledge of gambling regulatory frameworks and technology systems, including the software development lifecycle.
• Excellent written and spoken English and proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Risk Management or related field; relevant certifications (CISA, CRISC) are a plus.
