Senior Consolidation Specialist

About the role

A full-time Senior Consolidation Specialist is sought to oversee financial consolidation processes, ensure accurate group reporting and support financial transparency across multiple entities. The role suits a finance professional who enjoys solving complex accounting challenges and maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly and annual financial consolidation across multiple entities
• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements in line with applicable accounting standards
• Oversee intercompany reconciliations and eliminate intercompany transactions and balances
• Analyse financial data, investigate variances and ensure the accuracy and consistency of group reporting
• Coordinate with finance teams on timely submission of financial information
• Support statutory audits, internal audits and external reporting requirements
• Identify ways to improve consolidation workflows, reporting efficiency and internal controls
• Maintain financial documentation and comply with accounting policies and regulations

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of financial consolidation, group accounting and financial reporting principles
• Familiarity with IFRS or other applicable accounting standards
• Excellent analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines
• Effective communication and collaboration with finance teams and stakeholders
• Proactive mindset with a commitment to accuracy, efficiency and continuous improvement
