Senior Consultant – Business Continuity Management (GRC)

About the role

The Senior Consultant will lead Business Continuity Management (BCM), IT Disaster Recovery (ITDR) and Crisis Management engagements for clients, delivering frameworks, analyses, plans and training. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring high‑quality delivery in line with KPMG standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and deliver BCM, ITDR and crisis management projects, including framework design, Business Impact Analyses, BCPs, risk assessments, recovery strategies, ITDR plans, training, tabletop and simulation exercises.
• Lead incident, crisis, business continuity and ITDR workstreams, review and finalize client deliverables such as reports, dashboards and executive presentations.
• Coach and review the work of consultants, contribute to proposal development, business development initiatives and thought leadership.
• Support practice quality management, methodology enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 6–8 years of experience in BCM, crisis management, resilience, IT resilience or risk advisory.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple engagements concurrently and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and strong written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Practical knowledge of ISO 22301 and ISO 27031 standards.
• Hands‑on experience defining MAO, MBCOs, RTOs, RPOs and recovery strategies.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
