Senior Consultant – Global Business Services (Managed Services)

About the role

KPMG UAE is hiring a Senior Consultant in the Advisory practice to deliver Global Business Services (GBS) and Shared Services (SS) advisory, managed services, transformation and outsourcing solutions to clients across a variety of functional service operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver GBS and SSC advisory services, managed services, transformation and outsourcing solutions to clients.
• Solution design, transition and operation of outsourced SG&A and service‑operations functions.
• Support workstreams and mid‑sized projects on delivery, planning, budgeting and quality control.
• Evaluate client current state and define target operating models, including business process design.
• Design target operating models for multifunctional back‑office operations such as Finance, HR, IT, Procurement and other SG&A functions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of consulting experience, preferably with a Big 4 or similar firm.
• Strong finance knowledge: planning, budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, journal entries and accounts reconciliation.
• Experience delivering Shared Services/GBS programmes covering strategy, design, transition and benefits tracking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic preferred.
