Senior Content Producer

About the role

SQUATWOLF is seeking a Senior Content Producer to join its Social Media and Brand Marketing team in Dubai. You will shape the visual identity of the brand across digital feeds, on‑set productions, and live community events, combining cinematic craftsmanship with a strong social instinct.

Key responsibilities

• Own the shot list, collaborate with the Producer during planning, and lead execution on set for regional and global campaigns.
• Capture authentic moments at athlete events, community activations, and brand gatherings, turning real experiences into compelling content.
• Maintain a consistent, elevated visual standard across all touchpoints, including social feeds, campaign films, and in‑store displays.
• Produce videos that drive engagement, measured by views, shares, saves, likes, and watch time.
• Edit raw footage into platform‑ready stories optimized for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other audience channels.
• Monitor social trends, formats, sounds, and editing styles, integrating findings to keep content relevant.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, product, and performance teams on rapid‑turn briefs while preserving quality.
• Contribute original concepts during brainstorming sessions and help raise creative standards.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of professional experience in content production, preferably within a brand or agency environment.
• Strong cinematic eye with expertise in composition, lighting, and motion.
• Ability to work on‑site, manage tight deadlines, and adapt quickly to changing shoot requirements.
• Passion for fitness culture and community storytelling.
