About the role

Halian is seeking an experienced Senior Contract Technology Recruitment Consultant to lead a 360 recruitment desk across the Middle East, focusing on high‑demand technology contracts in Dubai and the wider region.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow a contract technology recruitment desk covering the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
• Win new business, develop long‑term client partnerships and manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle.
• Build and maintain a strong network of technology contractors.
• Partner with hiring managers, procurement teams and key stakeholders to deliver urgent, business‑critical hires.
• Stay ahead of market trends, talent availability and contractor rates.
• Consistently achieve and exceed billing targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a 360 Technology Recruitment Consultant with a strong contract recruitment track record.
• Demonstrated ability to win new business and develop client relationships.
• Commercial mindset, high drive to succeed and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ambition to grow within an international recruitment business.
• Middle East recruitment experience is desirable but not essential.
