Senior Corporate Recruiter - Forex & Fintech

About the role

Kama Capital Securities is looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join its in-house HR team in Dubai and take ownership of recruitment across its growing Forex business. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who understands the Forex/Fintech talent market, can identify and attract hard-to-find talent and is confident partnering with senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with senior management and Hiring Managers to understand business and talent requirements.
• Lead recruitment for senior and specialist roles across the company.
• Headhunt and source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networks, referrals and industry contacts.
• Build and maintain a strong Forex/Fintech talent pipeline locally and internationally.
• Run market mapping and targeted searches for confidential and hard-to-fill positions.
• Manage candidate screening, interviews, assessments, references and offer negotiations.
• Develop and implement recruitment processes and best practices.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience hiring senior-level Forex/Fintech talent (must).
• 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in-house.
• Proven experience recruiting in Forex, CFD, Fintech, Financial Services, Banking or related sectors.
• Demonstrable track record of closing senior and specialist positions.
• Established network within the UAE and international Forex/Fintech markets.
• Experience developing and implementing recruitment policies and processes.

Required skills

• Strong headhunting and passive candidate sourcing skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and confidence working with senior leadership.
• Excellent candidate assessment, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS/HRIS systems.
