Senior Data Analyst

About the role

Bayut & dubizzle are iconic homegrown brands with a strong presence across the UAE. As a Senior Data Analyst you will be at the centre of data‑driven decision making, evangelising data practices and methodologies to functional analysts and stakeholders across marketing, sales, finance and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Access, construct and manipulate large datasets using SQL, Python and related tools to support analyses.
• Design and develop BI dashboards with Sisense, Tableau, Power BI or Data Studio for finance, sales, inventory and other organisational metrics.
• Define KPIs, drive data governance, and create documentation and presentations for management.
• Develop, maintain and improve predictive models, simulations and machine‑learning solutions on very large datasets.
• Ensure data quality, manage exceptions, perform reconciliation and deliver timely, business‑focused reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science or related field (master’s degree a plus).
• 6+ years of analytics experience, preferably in e‑commerce, internet or digital media environments.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and business recommendations.
