Senior Data and Systems Analyst

About the role

The Senior Data and Systems Analyst will lead the analysis, management, and optimisation of data systems within the IT Department, driving data‑driven decision‑making and operational efficiency across the academy.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
• Design, implement and maintain data systems, including ETL processes, data models, dashboards and reports.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, governance and security while supporting scalability and performance.
• Develop and maintain interactive visualisations using tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend new tools, methodologies and frameworks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, systems analysis or a similar role.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical findings to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated track record of leading projects from conception to implementation.
