Senior Deals Management – Strategy & Execution (Dubai, Nationals Only)

About the role

EY is seeking a senior professional to join its Deals Management practice in Dubai. The role focuses on executing operational projects for complex, high‑profile global transactions, supporting both pre‑deal and post‑deal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute separation and integration plans for clients across multiple industries.
• Identify value‑enhancement opportunities through synergy assessments.
• Advise on risk mitigation and change management for operations, functions, and people.
• Support client service teams in strategy development and execution for transactions.
• Participate in both pre‑deal (operational and carve‑out planning) and post‑deal (integration planning and tracking) engagements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, engineering, or IT with at least 3 years of relevant experience, or a postgraduate degree with at least 2 years of experience.
• Strong analytical ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Experience in business integrations, divestitures, or carve‑outs, with quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
• Capability to assess technology, operations, or manufacturing infrastructure.
• Preferably experience in a large professional services firm and established industry networking skills.
