Senior Developer, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

About the role

GSS Tech Group is hiring a Senior Developer, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, for a leading government financial institution in Abu Dhabi. You will design, build and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM solutions supporting customer service and complaint management in a highly regulated environment. This is a hands-on senior role where you write code daily, lead the technical design of CRM solutions and guide junior developers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, customization and implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions aligned with business requirements
• Develop, test and deploy custom solutions using C#/.NET plugins, custom workflow activities, JavaScript and the Dynamics 365 SDK, covering server-side and client-side development
• Build forms, views, dashboards, business rules, workflows and business process flows
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions and Azure Service Bus
• Lead solution architecture for CRM projects in line with enterprise architecture standards
• Configure security roles, business unit hierarchies and data management, and tune system performance
• Support system upgrades, patching and migration activities
• Conduct code reviews, manage version control and enforce development standards
• Prepare technical documentation, including solution designs, system documentation and release notes
• Mentor junior team members and work with business analysts, functional teams, project managers and Microsoft partners

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field
• 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement (online and/or on-premises)
• Proven experience delivering at least one full lifecycle Dynamics 365 CRM implementation
• Strong proficiency in C#/.NET, JavaScript and Visual Studio, including plugin development and the Dynamics 365 SDK
• Experience in banking, financial services or a government or regulatory environment is strongly preferred
• Excellent written and spoken English

• REST/SOAP APIs, web services and enterprise integration patterns
• SQL Server, T-SQL and database design
• Git/Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and release management
• Agile/Scrum and ITIL
• Microsoft certification such as Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Associate, Application Developer Associate or PL-400, or equivalent
• Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is an advantage
