Senior Development Manager – Real Estate

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Development Manager to lead the end‑to‑end development process for Dubai Holding Real Estate’s portfolio of large‑scale projects. The role ensures that launch schedules, design quality and budgets are met while aligning with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Review design and architectural submissions for technical, commercial and aesthetic compliance.
• Lead value‑engineering exercises to achieve target budgets and protect design intent.
• Prepare and contribute to business cases, including financial, design and procurement strategies.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (legal, finance, market research, marketing, sales, project management, architecture, quantity surveying and engineering) to deliver projects on time.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Holding Real Estate regulatory framework and corporate governance.
• Obtain stakeholder approvals and coach project teams throughout the development lifecycle.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in real‑estate development or related fields.
• Strong understanding of development processes, budgeting and regulatory requirements.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
