Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

Presight, a leading big‑data and GenAI analytics company, is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join its growing engineering team. You will work closely with software engineers to design, deploy, and operate scalable, reliable systems that power AI‑driven products.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high‑performing team of engineers, fostering ownership and impact.
• Design, maintain, and evolve a robust CI/CD framework.
• Track and resolve issues through the ticketing system, coordinating with QA and development.
• Create and keep up‑to‑date deployment documentation and support procedures.
• Promote best practices for always‑up, always‑available services.
• Collaborate across multicultural, multi‑geographic teams and ensure clear communication.
• Ensure compliance with QHSE, business continuity, information security, privacy, risk, and governance policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of hands‑on DevOps experience.
• Proven experience building CI/CD pipelines and health/performance monitoring systems.
• Strong Linux/Unix administration background.
• Experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Hands‑on with Docker, Kubernetes or Docker Swarm.
• Proficiency in scripting and Git workflows.
• Solid SQL/MySQL knowledge.
• Experience deploying, operating, and troubleshooting Java applications.
• Hands‑on with GPU workloads, model deployment, inference serving, and performance optimization.
