Senior Digital Media Buyer

About the role

GoBird is seeking a Senior Digital Media Buyer to lead its performance marketing department for healthcare clients, especially aesthetic and dental clinics. You will own the full campaign lifecycle—from strategy and setup to optimization, reporting, and lead‑quality management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and, where relevant, TikTok and Snapchat.
• Develop client‑specific strategies based on services, objectives, audience, competition and budget.
• Plan and oversee monthly advertising budgets across multiple accounts.
• Monitor daily performance metrics such as CPL, conversion rates, lead quality, bookings and overall ROI.
• Analyse which treatments, offers, creatives and audiences deliver the strongest results and adjust accordingly.
• Collaborate with content and video teams to source the right creatives and provide data‑driven creative direction.
• Identify performance bottlenecks—whether in ads, creative, offer, targeting, landing page or lead handling—and propose practical solutions.
• Produce clear performance reports with actionable recommendations and stay updated on platform changes and healthcare advertising policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on media buying/performance marketing experience.
• Proven track record running paid campaigns for healthcare clients, specifically aesthetic and dental clinics.
• Demonstrated ability to generate high‑quality patient leads and manage significant monthly ad spends.
• Strong English communication skills; Arabic is a plus and UAE market experience is highly preferred.
