Senior Director of Operations

About the role

BCP Holding Group is seeking a senior, commercially‑minded leader to design and run the operating system for its growing portfolio of food & beverage brands and related projects. The role goes beyond day‑to‑day restaurant management, focusing on building structure, SOPs, and scalable processes that will support rapid local and international expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee operations across multiple brands, locations and business units, including F&B outlets, e‑commerce platforms and emerging food‑manufacturing projects.
• Design, develop and implement comprehensive SOPs, systems and processes that drive consistency and performance.
• Manage P&L responsibility, operational restructuring and cost optimisation initiatives.
• Ensure successful execution of strategic plans on the ground while maintaining a hands‑on approach.
• Support new concept development, market entry planning and cross‑functional projects as required.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in operations leadership within food & beverage, hospitality or related sectors.
• Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate group‑level objectives into actionable operational plans.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Hands‑on mindset with a track record of implementing SOPs and driving performance improvements.
• Willingness to work across diverse business models, including brick‑and‑mortar, e‑commerce and manufacturing.
