Senior Engineer – Project Delivery

About the role

Vertiv is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead project delivery across its Dubai operations. The role combines strong electrical engineering expertise with hands‑on project management to ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and to client specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project engineers to deliver projects in line with tender documents, specifications, and client delivery dates.
• Maintain project margins, manage variations, and claim adjustments as required.
• Communicate with customers to sustain high satisfaction levels and secure purchase orders.
• Review cost sheets, quotations, specifications, and drawings; flag discrepancies to sales engineers.
• Coordinate client introductions, gather project information, and hand over data to the CADD manager for drawing preparation.
• Assign duties to sub‑ordinates, verify their work before release, and ensure compliance with health & safety policies on site and in the factory.

Required profile

• Graduate in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical concepts and project delivery processes.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Proactive, result‑oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
