About the role
Dicetek LLC is seeking a Senior Engineer with deep expertise in SWIFT‑related technologies and service management. The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining high‑availability solutions on UNIX/RHEL platforms while driving best practices in DevSecOps and Agile delivery.
Required profile
- 5‑10 years of experience in software development life‑cycle or IT service management (incident, problem, change, configuration, availability).
- Proven ability to coach engineering teams, create solution architectures, and simplify complex processes.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance monitoring, security vulnerability remediation, and system tuning.
Required skills
- RHEL, CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps model
- UNIX platform, CSP control frameworks
- SWIFTNET Link, Alliance Access, Alliance WB Platform, Alliance Gateway, HSM Box
- Object‑oriented design, Agile/Xtreme Programming, Pair Programming
- Relational databases, SQL, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket
