Senior Enterprise Account Executive (UAE)

About the role

Malt is looking for a senior enterprise sales professional to lead high‑impact SaaS opportunities across the United Arab Emirates. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and act as the primary champion for Malt’s platform with large corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Map and target global enterprise accounts, executing outbound prospecting and event‑based outreach to engage C‑level stakeholders.
• Design and run full‑cycle acquisition strategies tailored to complex corporate structures and specific enterprise use cases.
• Develop strategic relationships with CxO contacts, identify internal champions, and influence decision‑makers in Procurement and HR.
• Lead multi‑stakeholder discovery using the MEDDIC framework to validate pain points, identify the economic buyer, and map the decision process.
• Define and coordinate pilot phases to demonstrate value and build appetite for full‑scale deployment.
• Own RFI/RFP processes end‑to‑end, collaborating with bid management and technical experts to deliver winning proposals.
• Manage complex MSA negotiations involving Procurement, Legal, and Finance across multiple countries.
• Prepare deployment plans for seamless handover to local account management teams after contract signing.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in B2B SaaS sales.
• At least 2 years of proven success selling enterprise solutions in the Middle East market.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles and close large‑scale contracts.
• Strong strategic hunting mindset with a track record of building C‑level relationships.
