Senior Executive - Bids & Estimation

About the role

The Senior Executive – Bids & Estimation is responsible for delivering accurate, competitive cost estimates and commercial proposals for Facilities Management services. Working closely with Business Development, Operations, Procurement, Finance and HSE teams, the role supports the acquisition of new contracts by analysing client requirements and preparing complete tender submissions.

Key responsibilities

• Review tender documents, RFPs and client specifications to define project scope.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for Hard FM, Soft FM, Landscape, Cleaning, Security and Integrated FM contracts.
• Develop manpower deployment plans, equipment schedules and material consumption calculations.
• Calculate operating budgets, CAPEX and OPEX for FM contracts.
• Conduct site surveys, quantity take‑offs and prepare BOQs where required.
• Maintain a database of standard costs, pricing benchmarks and estimation templates.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, coordinate inputs from internal stakeholders and ensure timely tender submission.
• Analyse contract risks, develop pricing strategies and produce financial models for management review.
• Support Business Development with presentations, market research and competitor pricing analysis.
• Liaise with vendors, subcontractors and internal teams to gather quotations and validate resource requirements.
• Maintain records of submitted tenders, pricing schedules and post‑bid analysis reports.
