Senior Executive - Brand & Content

About the role

Dubai CommerCity is looking for a Senior Executive - Brand & Content to support its 360-degree brand management, brand evaluation, content development, digital marketing and marketing communications across online and offline channels. The role covers brand consistency, creative content, marketing collateral, digital campaigns and ecosystem engagement to strengthen the company's positioning, visibility and stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage marketing collaterals and brand assets, including brochures, corporate presentations, sales kits, proposals, newsletters, videos and promotional materials, and ensure consistent brand identity, messaging, tone of voice and visual standards.
• Monitor branding, content and communication trends to improve brand positioning and storytelling.
• Support social media management, including content planning, campaign coordination, scheduling and engagement, and manage digital campaigns across social media, email, website and other channels.
• Coordinate content creation such as social media shoots, photography, videography, reels and interviews, and support campaign performance reports and engagement analysis.
• Support email marketing, announcements, newsletters and stakeholder communications, and coordinate webinars, podcasts and online engagement initiatives, including post-event communications and digital coverage.
• Coordinate with creative agencies, production vendors, photographers, videographers and digital agencies, managing timelines, revisions and quality checks.
• Support procurement coordination, including PR/PO processes, vendor onboarding and payment follow-ups.
