Senior Executive – Commercial Finance (Emirati)

About the role

Talents Tide is recruiting on behalf of a leading Dubai-based real estate developer for a Senior Executive to join its FP&A and Commercial Finance team. The role sits at the heart of the budgeting and reporting cycle, turning numbers into insight that drives management decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the annual budget process end to end, working with department heads to collect inputs, build schedules in line with Group policies and support re-forecasts and budget recalibrations.
• Prepare regular and ad hoc MIS reports and maintain KPI reporting that gives management timely, decision-ready information.
• Carry out variance analysis of actuals against budget, highlighting risks and supporting KPI delivery.
• Build, update and maintain financial models for budgeting and business analysis.
• Help develop budgeting, reporting and project reporting policies, processes and templates.
• Manage budgets within Hyperion, ensuring data accuracy and raising system issues with the technical team.
• Contribute to improvements in budgeting and MIS systems together with other departments.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CA or ACCA preferred.
• 3-5 years of finance experience in FP&A, budgeting or MIS; real estate experience is a strong advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders.

Required skills

• Hands-on Hyperion experience.
• Working knowledge of Oracle or other ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel and strong financial modelling skills.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to meet several deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
