Senior Executive - Commercial Finance (National Candidate)

About the role

Dubai Holding Real Estate, part of Dubai Holding, is looking for a Senior Executive in Commercial Finance, open to national candidates. The role supports the development and execution of budget plans in line with Group policies, acts as a link between department heads and the finance team, and helps monitor budgets, forecasts and cost control.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development of budget plans and schedules according to Group policies, and help execute them with the relevant departments
• Act as liaison between entity/department heads and the finance team to gather information for annual budgets, and support monitoring, recalibration and forecasts
• Help prepare periodic and ad hoc management information reports and maintain KPI reporting systems
• Support variance analysis of actual results against budgeted figures and contribute to budgetary, IS and project reporting policies, forms and templates
• Modify and maintain financial models for budgetary and business analysis, and improve budgeting, planning, controlling and reporting tools
• Support the development of budgetary and MIS systems so that accurate budgetary and actual transaction, accounting and financial reports are produced
• Work with Hyperion Budgeting software to prepare, maintain and monitor budgets, and raise issues with the technical team

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field; CA/ACCA preferred
• 3-5 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in the real estate industry
• Strong analytical ability, attention to detail and ability to interpret financial data
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Stakeholder management, teamwork, communication and presentation skills in English

• Budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, variance analysis and management reporting
• Proficiency in financial systems, ERP platforms and data analysis tools; Oracle, Hyperion and MS Office preferred
