Senior Executive - Procurement

About the role

Emirates National Investment is looking for an experienced Senior Executive – Procurement to lead and govern procurement activities across the ENI Group. The role combines strategic oversight, team leadership and stakeholder coordination to ensure procurement is efficient, transparent and fully compliant with internal policies and best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end procurement processes for all ENI Group entities, ensuring adherence to approved policies and procedures.
• Lead the Procurement Team, managing service levels, operational objectives and performance metrics.
• Validate procurement documentation for completeness, accuracy and compliance before approval.
• Monitor workflows, identify efficiency gains and drive continuous improvement in governance and service delivery.
• Develop, maintain and enhance procurement policies, templates and governance frameworks.
• Build strong relationships with department heads and key stakeholders, acting as a trusted procurement advisor.
• Coordinate procurement priorities across multiple departments and entities to ensure timely execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of procurement experience, preferably in a senior or governance role.
• Proven ability to lead a procurement team and manage complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong governance mindset with deep knowledge of internal controls, delegated authority limits and procurement best practices.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, capable of driving consistency and accountability.
