Senior Fabrication Site Manager – Offshore EPC

About the role

Wood is seeking a Senior Fabrication Site Manager to lead the execution of a major offshore PMC project for ADNOC Offshore in Abu Dhabi. The role oversees all yard and site activities, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead fabrication yard operations across structural, piping, mechanical and multidisciplinary works.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, QA/QC and commissioning teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Monitor contractor performance, resource utilization and adherence to budgets and timelines.
• Develop and approve fabrication methodologies, work procedures and recovery plans.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies and report progress to senior management and client representatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 20 years of experience on large oil & gas development projects.
• At least 5 years of managerial experience leading multicultural teams in fabrication yards.
• Proven track record in large‑scale EPC/PMC projects and offshore environments.
