Senior Finance Executive

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Finance Executive to lead the financial operations of our organization. The role involves overseeing daily finance activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing strategic insights to senior management. This position is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional with extensive experience in finance and accounting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily financial operations including accounting, invoicing, receivable follow‑ups, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
• Oversee internal and external audits, VAT, corporate tax, e‑invoicing, and ensure compliance with local laws and tax regulations.
• Prepare weekly MIS, month‑end closing, quarterly and annual financial statements and reports.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans while monitoring expenses and implementing cost‑control measures.
• Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights for business decisions.
• Supervise accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
• Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to achieve high performance.
• Support senior management with financial strategies and risk management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA or CMA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards and tax compliance.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and leadership abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with QuickBooks.
• Experience using Zoho CRM.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
