Senior Finance Manager (RTR and Transformation)

About the role

A corporate finance team in Dubai is looking for an experienced Finance Shared Services professional. This is a high-impact role combining Finance Operations and Finance Transformation, with responsibility for strengthening Record-to-Report processes, driving standardization and automation, and supporting the evolution of the Shared Services operating model.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end month-end close and balance sheet assurance
• Drive bank and intercompany reconciliations
• Lead statutory audit activities and strengthen internal controls and governance
• Drive R2R and VAT transformation initiatives
• Identify opportunities for process standardization, simplification and automation
• Support finance systems, ERP and workflow implementations
• Drive adoption of RPA, AI and analytics
• Define and track KPIs and SLAs
• Drive cost efficiency, productivity and service-quality improvements
• Manage transformation projects, business cases and benefits tracking
• Partner closely with Shared Services, Corporate Finance, IT and business stakeholders

Required profile

• CA with 10-15 years of experience
• Strong Finance Operations / Shared Services experience
• Expertise in R2R, financial controls and finance transformation
• Exposure to process optimization methodologies such as Lean / Six Sigma
• Strong stakeholder and change-management capabilities
