About the role

byteSpark.ai is looking for a Senior Finance Tax and E‑invoicing Expert to act as the subject‑matter authority for complex tax and e‑invoicing solutions across the GCC. The role is client‑facing and commercial, requiring you to understand client challenges, showcase the value of our technology, and help drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary expert on UAE/GCC tax regulations and e‑invoicing requirements.
• Engage directly with clients to assess needs, present solutions, and support the sales process.
• Lead implementation or management of e‑invoicing systems for client projects.
• Collaborate with internal product and sales teams to ensure technical credibility of proposals.
• Provide thought leadership and guidance on VAT and corporate tax compliance within the GCC.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of finance or tax experience focused on UAE/GCC regulations.
• Proven track record in client‑facing roles with strong presentation skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Full professional fluency in English.

• Proficiency in major ERP systems and financial software.
