Senior Financial Accountant – Holding Group (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Financial Accountant to join our finance team in Dubai, focusing on holding‑group accounting and multi‑entity consolidation. The role involves managing group‑level reporting and ensuring compliance with UAE tax regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage accounting for multiple entities within a group structure.
• Prepare and consolidate group financial statements.
• Handle intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
• Manage banking relationships and treasury activities.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Oversee VAT compliance and audits.

Required profile

• 5+ years of UAE experience in a senior accounting role.
• Experience within a holding group or multi‑entity structure.
• Strong exposure to group accounting, intercompany reconciliations, and consolidations.
• Proven experience preparing financial statements at group level.
• Hands‑on knowledge of UAE VAT and tax compliance.
• Experience dealing with banks, treasury, and cash‑flow management.
• Immediate availability.
