Senior Food & Beverage Manager

About the role

The Senior Food & Beverage Manager will lead the development and execution of EKFC's outlet and catering strategy, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction across all F&B operations. This senior position reports to the AVP and is responsible for overseeing catering, laundry, and other rate‑card services while managing a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all food and beverage outlets to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Support the AVP in creating and rolling out company strategy, leveraging existing EKFC assets.
• Develop and implement catering standards for each outlet in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Determine workforce and meal solutions to maximise revenue opportunities.
• Maintain high‑level relationships with potential clients and key customers to secure repeat business.
• Provide reporting on catering activities throughout planning, mobilisation, and operational delivery.
• Optimise resource efficiency to maximise profitability of all F&B assignments.
• Motivate, guide, and develop the team to meet agreed targets.
• Negotiate contracts with customers, ensuring overall profitability.
• Identify and drive change initiatives, cost‑reduction, and productivity improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or Business Administration (mandatory).
• Minimum 8 years of relevant F&B experience, including senior management in large‑scale catering or event environments.
• Proven experience leading teams to meet tight, immovable deadlines.
• Strong project‑management background and ability to create operational solutions.
• Experience managing multiple commercial models and budgets.
