About the role

The Senior Food & Beverage Operations Leader will drive exceptional dining experiences across Emaar Hospitality Group’s premium venues. This role represents the brand throughout the guest journey, ensuring every interaction—from welcome to farewell—creates a loyal fan of the restaurant.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver flawless dining experiences in a highly empowered environment.
• Oversee F&B operations to meet brand standards and guest expectations.
• Manage projects to completion on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Identify and implement cost‑efficiency initiatives.
• Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams to achieve performance targets.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
• At least 7 years in progressively responsible F&B operations roles within a 5‑star environment.
• Degree or diploma in Hotel and Tourism Management.
• Proven multidisciplinary experience with expert knowledge of F&B operations and product.
