Senior FP&A Leader

About the role

A leading Abu Dhabi‑based organization is seeking an experienced finance professional to lead its Financial Planning & Analysis function, drive performance and support strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead FP&A activities including budgeting, rolling forecasts, financial modelling and variance analysis.
• Develop long‑term financial plans aligned with strategic priorities and oversee annual budgeting and re‑forecasting.
• Provide management reports, dashboards and performance analysis for senior leadership.
• Partner with business heads to evaluate revenue growth, cost efficiency, profitability and operational performance.
• Establish and enhance financial planning methodologies, reporting standards and performance management processes.

Required profile

• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CA, CMA or equivalent.
• Significant senior finance/FP&A leadership experience in large or multi‑business organisations.
• Strong commercial acumen and proven ability to translate financial data into strategic recommendations.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Advanced financial planning tools and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Reporting platforms such as Power BI.
• Financial modelling, scenario planning and sensitivity analysis.
• Development of financial KPIs, dashboards and performance measurement frameworks.
