Senior Full Stack Software Developer

About the role

We are seeking a senior full‑stack software developer to lead end‑to‑end technical project delivery, AI/ML implementation, and cloud platform development aligned with our strategic objectives. The role is hands‑on and involves building cloud‑native applications, mentoring teams, and supporting pre‑sales activities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycles from requirements gathering to client acceptance, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Design and develop scalable cloud‑native platforms on AWS and Azure using IaC and CI/CD best practices.
• Implement cloud migration strategies, microservices, event‑driven messaging and robust database architectures.
• Maintain cybersecurity protocols and compliance with UAE PDPL and GDPR.
• Lead technical pre‑sales initiatives, prepare RFP responses and deliver presentations to government clients.
• Mentor development teams, define standards, and coordinate vendor relationships.

Required profile

• 8+ years of technology experience with at least 3 years in a senior or technical leadership role.
• Proven delivery of enterprise‑scale cloud and AI/ML platforms for government or semi‑government clients in the UAE/GCC.
• Strong communication skills, able to present technical solutions to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Mandatory UAE or GCC experience and familiarity with multicultural environments.

Required skills

• AWS (Bedrock, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, EC2, OpenSearch, SageMaker, CodeCommit) and/or Azure (Container Apps, DevOps, Front Door, Application Gateway, Key Vault).
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD automation.
• Languages: TypeScript, React.NET / .NET Core (WebAPI, MVC, ASP.NET).
• Databases: PostgreSQL (PostGIS, TimescaleDB), MS‑SQL.
• Messaging: Kafka, Azure Service Bus, AWS SQS/SNS.
• AI/ML: OpenCV, YOLO, RetinaNet, EasyOCR, LLM/RAG (AWS Bedrock), MLOps (SageMaker, Azure ML).
