Senior Fullstack Software Engineer

About the role

SnowHeap LLC, a fast‑growing software development firm in Sharjah Media City, is looking for a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer to join its small, innovative team. You will help build AI‑driven, data‑analytics platforms that solve complex client challenges while collaborating with product, design, and operations experts.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack applications using modern frameworks and AI/analytics components.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable, high‑performance systems.
• Champion clean architecture, performance optimisation, and robust coding standards.
• Participate in design reviews, testing, and continuous integration to deliver production‑grade software.
• Research emerging technologies and drive continuous innovation in AI‑driven development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience building and maintaining scalable full‑stack applications.
• Deep understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns and architecture best practices.
• Hands‑on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, RESTful and GraphQL APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure).
• Proven ability to set up CI/CD pipelines and apply DevOps practices.
• Strong grasp of data analytics and AI integration concepts.
• Comfortable working in Agile environments and mentoring junior developers.
