Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead the creation of compelling visual solutions across digital and print media. You will work within a multidisciplinary consultancy that operates globally, collaborating closely with marketing and other cross‑functional teams to ensure brand consistency and high‑impact design.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and produce visual assets for websites, social media, brochures, advertisements, logos and other marketing collateral.
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring all outputs align with the company’s visual identity.
• Mentor junior designers and provide creative direction on complex projects.
• Partner with marketing, strategy and engineering teams to translate project goals into effective design solutions.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, emerging tools and innovative techniques.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a related discipline.
• 5‑8 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating both digital and print work.
• Proven ability to lead design initiatives and deliver high‑quality results on time.

Required skills

• Expert‑level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Experience with modern design tools such as Sketch and Figma.
• Deep understanding of typography, colour theory and visual hierarchy.
