Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

Aurora Vision Group is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to shape the visual identity of its diverse portfolio, which spans performance sport, luxury cycling, and lifestyle‑wellness brands. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create compelling graphics, illustrations, videos and brand experiences that align with technical and brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop strong creative concepts based on research briefs and present design rationale to stakeholders.
• Design graphics, illustrations, logos and layouts for campaigns, social media, websites and various media platforms.
• Create promotional materials for events, merchandise and sponsorship initiatives, ensuring brand consistency.
• Act as brand custodian across all business units, reviewing designs and online content for quality and alignment.
• Produce photography, videography and video‑editing assets to support marketing and community initiatives.
• Leverage modern design tools and AI‑powered solutions to improve workflow efficiency and stay current with design trends.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior‑level graphic design within a multi‑brand environment.
• Strong ability to translate strategy into cohesive visual systems.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting concepts and incorporating feedback.
• Collaborative mindset with cross‑functional teams and external partners.

Required skills

• Proficiency in photography, videography and video editing.
• Experience using AI‑powered design tools to enhance creativity and efficiency.
