Senior High‑Rise Architect – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Architect specialized in high‑rise and commercial projects to lead design and delivery for our client in Dubai. The role is full‑time, on‑site and involves shaping iconic skyscrapers from concept through construction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop conceptual, schematic and detailed designs for high‑rise buildings.
• Prepare construction drawings, specifications and BIM models.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP and interior design teams to ensure design integrity.
• Manage design reviews, code compliance and permitting processes in the UAE.
• Collaborate with contractors, consultants and clients throughout all project phases.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of architectural experience, including at least 5 years in the UAE.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Proven expertise in high‑rise building design and delivery.
• Strong communication, presentation and project‑management abilities.
