Senior HR & Culture Manager

About the role

The Senior HR & Culture Manager will shape and execute the people strategy for a fast‑growing organisation, partnering closely with senior leadership to align talent initiatives with business objectives. This role oversees the full employee lifecycle, from workforce planning and recruitment to performance management, compensation, and culture development.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies that support business growth and align with organisational goals.
• Lead talent acquisition for senior and critical roles, manage succession pipelines and workforce planning.
• Oversee performance appraisal cycles, competency frameworks and capability‑development programmes.
• Ensure payroll accuracy, compensation structures, and benefits administration, including EOSB and insurance.
• Drive culture‑building initiatives, employee engagement surveys and retention programs.
• Advise leadership on employee relations, restructuring, and organisational change.
• Maintain HR governance, policy compliance across UAE Labour Law and GCC jurisdictions.
• Manage HR digitisation, HRMS maintenance and analytics reporting to support data‑driven decisions.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of HR experience with a strong focus on strategic business partnering.
• Proven track record in talent management, organisational development and performance management.
• Deep knowledge of UAE Labour Law and GCC employment regulations.
• Experience handling payroll, compensation, benefits and visa processes.
• Excellent communication and advisory skills, capable of influencing senior leaders.
