Senior HR Executive – Hospitality

About the role

We are looking for a Senior HR Executive to join Zabeel House The Greens, a vibrant hospitality brand in Dubai. The role will support all HR operations, ensuring compliance, smooth recruitment and a positive employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain HRIS data accuracy and update colleague records for audits.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment for non‑managerial positions, including screening, scheduling and onboarding support.
• Manage onboarding and off‑boarding processes, ensuring seamless induction and exit formalities.
• Organise employee engagement activities and recognition programmes.
• Support disciplinary investigations and keep employee‑relations documentation up to date.
• Prepare HR reports and dashboards on recruitment, engagement and operations for management review.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in hotel or service‑oriented environments.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee relations and compliance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and ability to handle confidential information.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS platforms.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
