Senior HSE Supervisor – Teslam Operations

About the role

The Senior Teslam HSE Supervisor will ensure that all health, safety and environmental (HSE) activities for Teslam contractors align with ENEC’s standards and regulatory requirements. This role supports safe construction, operation, and maintenance of ENEC facilities while delivering high‑quality, cost‑effective outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Review engineering, construction and testing of safety‑related systems across ENEC sites.
• Oversee health and safety management of all Teslam contractors on BNPP premises.
• Implement and monitor the HSE Management Program to guarantee employee safety and legislative compliance.
• Collaborate with safety teams, operations managers and team leaders to enforce OSHAD, ENEC Code of Practices and international best practices.
• Maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and professional health‑safety associations.
• Conduct risk assessments and incident investigations, identifying root causes and driving corrective actions.
• Lead fire safety planning, audit fire protection system maintenance, and ensure compliance with NFPA standards.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in HSE management within nuclear or high‑risk industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of OSHAD regulations, ENEC Code of Practices and international safety standards.
• Proven ability to guide leadership on health‑safety policies and legislation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
