Senior Human Resources Manager

About the role

The organisation, a market leader in the infrastructure sector with a strong ESG focus, is creating a new senior HR position to support its continued growth across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a fit‑for‑purpose HR operating model across several locations.
• Lead end‑to‑end HR operations, covering the full employee lifecycle and ensuring compliance with labour laws.
• Oversee HRIS implementation and optimisation, and enhance compensation and benefits frameworks.
• Provide senior oversight of employee relations and set clear standards for the People team.

Required profile

• 12‑15 years of HR experience with strong leadership in diverse global locations.
• Proven expertise in HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, Workforce Planning, Organisational Design, Talent Management and Change Management.
• Experience working across the Middle East, Africa and the Americas.
• Degree level education, preferably with a recognised HR qualification such as CIPD or SHRM.
