Senior Interior Designer

About the role

We are seeking a talented Senior Interior Designer to lead concept creation and design development for residential, commercial and mixed‑use projects. The role covers the full design cycle from initial presentations to material selection, client communication, on‑site supervision and FF&E procurement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and present innovative design concepts focused on user experience, materiality and sustainability.
• Coordinate building services with specialist consultants and ensure technical solutions meet project requirements.
• Prepare and manage CGI briefs, mood boards, material and finish selections, and client presentations.
• Maintain professional communication with clients, project teams and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead procurement discussions, manage team members on specific packages, and ensure quality control.
• Oversee project proposals, samples, contractual deliverables, budgets and profitability.

Required profile

• Degree in Interior Design or a recognised equivalent.
• 8‑12 years of experience on mid‑large scale interior projects.
• Strong space‑planning abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent English communication skills.
