Senior IT Lead - Information Technology

About the role

Jumeirah Beach Hotel, a founding property of Jumeirah in Dubai, is looking for a Senior IT Lead to join its information technology team. The role covers strategic IT planning, digital transformation, cybersecurity governance, infrastructure oversight and budget management across the resort's properties.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement multi-property IT strategies aligned with corporate objectives, focusing on scalability, security and innovation.
• Drive enterprise-level digital initiatives such as cloud migration, automation and advanced cybersecurity frameworks.
• Ensure adherence to IT governance standards, data protection laws and cybersecurity protocols across all properties.
• Oversee IT budgets, optimise resource allocation and manage vendor contracts for cost efficiency and service quality.
• Lead planning and implementation of network upgrades, server architecture and disaster recovery solutions.
• Establish and monitor security frameworks, conduct risk assessments and implement preventive measures against cyber threats.
• Partner with senior leadership and department heads to integrate IT solutions that improve operational efficiency and guest experience.

Required profile

• 8-10 years of IT experience, including 3-4 years in senior leadership roles within luxury hospitality or enterprise IT environments.
• Proven track record in IT strategy, digital transformation and cybersecurity governance.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP or CISSP.
